Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully shipped from the Netherlands.

Processing Time

Orders placed on our business days (Friday to Monday) are processed the same day, except on Sundays. Orders placed outside of these days (Tuesday to Thursday) are processed on Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next possible business day. We ship on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. No shipments are made on Sundays or national holidays.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace link.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Netherlands & EU
Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Free shipping on all orders over €50.

International Shipping
We ship to a select number of countries outside the EU. Delivery times vary but typically range between 7 and 14 business days. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If we’re unable to ship to your country, you’ll be notified at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: from €4.95

  • EU: from €9.95

  • International: from €19.95

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands and the EU.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Want to initiate a return or cancel your order? Email us at hello@sosoul.nl with your order number. Please note that cancellations are only possible if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Delayed Delivery

Occasionally, delays may occur due to external circumstances such as postal service disruptions or customs clearance. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to help.
