This beautiful cacao comes from family-run farms in the lush Semuliki region of Uganda, where cacao is grown with care and respect for the land.
Ethically sourced and minimally processed in Amsterdam by Heart of Cacao, it brings together the richness of pure cacao and the tradition of enjoying it as something more than just a drink.
Naturally rich in antioxidants and minerals such as magnesium, iron and zinc, cacao also contains theobromine, a naturally occurring stimulant that can give you a gentle lift.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR CACAO
Mix your desired amount of cacao with 150–200ml of warm water or plant-based milk, ideally below 70°C. Whisk or blend until beautifully smooth.
Make it your own with a little cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, turmeric, honey or even a pinch of cayenne for some extra warmth.
SUGGESTED AMOUNTS
Everyday cup: 15–25g
Ceremonial cup: 35–40g
Start with a smaller amount if you're new to cacao. Everyone responds differently, so find what feels right for you.

GOOD TO KNOW
Not recommended for children under 16 or during or after the seventh month of pregnancy, according to the supplier's guidance. Stay well hydrated and be mindful of your sensitivity to theobromine.
