A ceremonial journey for women for remembering, repair and reconnection.
This is not a women’s circle.
It is a held, recurring ceremonial space where women can come home to what may have been lost ,in themselves, in their bodies, and in sisterhood.
Rooted in ancient feminine wisdom. Lived through the body. Held with care and continuity.

What this is
Four Seasons Sacred Sisterhood is not a workshop, training or therapy.
It is a ceremonial journey guided by the seasons of nature and the inner seasons of womanhood.
We work with rhythm, repetition and return — through ritual, embodiment and shared presence.
Each gathering stands on its own. Together they form a deeper path of remembering and repair.
This work does not ask you to improve yourself. It invites you to remember who you are beneath adaptation, speed and separation.
Why this work exists
Much has been lost.
Connection to the body. Connection to lineage. Connection between women.
Many women are strong, conscious and capable, yet still feel disconnected, tired or alone in subtle ways.
This space exists to gently restore what modern life has pulled apart — not through fixing or teaching, but through presence, recognition and shared humanity.
Healing happens here through being met, seen and heard.
The rhythm of the gatherings
Across the gatherings we explore the archetypal seasons of womanhood:
Spring — opening and emergence (April 12) Summer — embodiment and expression (May 10) Autumn — deepening and reflection (June 14) Winter — completion and letting go (July 12)
The archetypes Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman and Sage return throughout the journey, each time on a deeper layer.
Depth unfolds over time.
What happens during a gathering
Each gathering is carefully held by two spaceholders and includes:
• grounding and arrival • meditation or gentle regression • sisterhood sharing • embodiment and ritual • integration
The structure creates safety. The work unfolds within it.
Working with archetypes
We work with the feminine archetypes in both their light and shadow, not as ideals, but as living inner landscapes. Each archetype carries gifts and shadow patterns we often live unconsciously.
We explore both. Not to judge or fix, but to bring what is hidden into awareness and invite new movement through the body.
Sharing is central. Often, hearing another woman name her struggle is where something begins to soften.

Between gatherings we share reflection questions and insights to support integration.
Practical information
Every second Sunday 13:30 – 17:30 including cacao, tea and small smites
Single gathering: €150 Seasonal journey (4 gatherings): €480
If you decide after the first gathering to join the full Four Seasons, €30 will be refunded.
