How to Make the Perfect Matcha:

1. Use soft, fresh water heated to 70–75°C.

2. Add 1 gram of matcha (about 2 bamboo scoops) into your bowl.

3. Pour in the hot water.

4. Rinse your whisk beforehand to extend its life.

5. Whisk the matcha in a W-shape motion for 15–30 seconds until foamy.
