This November, Brazilian facilitator Ana Vidal, founder of the Dragon Energy Center, returns to SØSOUL for a special two-day Dragon Energy Weekend.

Each day offers a different experience.

On Saturday, Dragon Coaching I introduces you to the foundations of working consciously with Dragon Energy and the Mandala MAP.

On Sunday, Expand Your Capacity to Receive is a full-day experience with the Emerald Dragon, exploring the deeper layers that influence how much love, support and energy we are actually able to receive.

SATURDAY 7 NOVEMBER

DRAGON COACHING I

10:00 – 17:30

A full-day introduction to consciously working with Dragon Energy to bring greater clarity, alignment and movement into different areas of your life.

Ana will introduce you to the foundations of Dragon Coaching and the Mandala MAP, a tool that explores nine key areas of human experience:

Work, Wisdom, Life Path, Prosperity, Success, Relationships, Creativity, Blessings and Center.

Through the MAP, you will explore where energy may be blocked or out of balance and learn ways to restore movement and flow.

During the day you will explore:

• Meeting and working with Dragon Energy
• The foundations of Dragon Coaching
• Intention and manifestation
• The 9 areas of the Mandala MAP
• Recognizing mental, emotional and energetic obstacles
• Energetic cleansing
• Activating strengths and talents

Dragon Coaching I gives you the foundation for consciously working with Dragon Energy and applying this work to different areas of your life.

SUNDAY 8 NOVEMBER

EXPAND YOUR CAPACITY TO RECEIVE

The Emerald Dragon Experience

How much are you actually able to receive?

We can desire more love, connection, support and abundance in our lives, while at the same time carrying experiences that have taught us to protect ourselves and close parts of ourselves off.

Mentally. Emotionally. Physically. Energetically.

This full-day experience is dedicated to the Emerald Dragon, connected within Dragon Energy work to the heart, healing and our capacity to receive.

Together with Ana, you will explore the deeper experiences and patterns that may have shaped how open you are to receiving, and work with the Emerald Dragon energy to create more space within yourself.

The work explores receiving through three different relationships:

People
Receiving love and support from family, friends, partners and the people around us.

Earth
Receiving through our connection with nature, animals and the Earth.

Universe
Opening ourselves to receiving support, love and energy from something greater than ourselves.

And underneath all three lies perhaps the most important relationship of all: how much you allow yourself to receive.

A day dedicated to the heart, to what we have learned to protect, and to expanding our capacity to let more in.

Ana Vidal is the founder of the Dragon Energy Center in Brazil and works internationally with Dragon Energy practices and teachings.

Her work explores how Dragon Energy can be used to bring awareness to blocks and patterns, work with intention and support greater movement and alignment across different areas of life.

For this special weekend in Amsterdam, Ana brings two distinct experiences to the SØSOUL Inner Sanctuary: Dragon Coaching I and The Emerald Dragon Experience.
