The Full Moon in Gemini brings our attention to the mind, our thoughts and the stories we tell ourselves.

Gemini is the sign of communication, curiosity and perspective. It reminds us that the way we interpret our experiences shapes the reality we live in.

We all carry beliefs about who we are, what we deserve and what is possible for us. Some come from childhood, others from relationships or experiences that left a lasting impression.

Over time, these beliefs can become so familiar that we stop questioning them.

But a belief is not necessarily a fact.

This Full Moon invites us to examine the narratives that influence our lives.

What story have you been telling yourself for years? Whose voice do you hear when you doubt yourself? And which beliefs are you ready to leave behind?

The Full Moon Ceremony

Through guided meditation, journaling and a symbolic releasing ritual, we explore the beliefs and mental patterns that may be limiting us.

Rather than trying to force positive thinking, we create space to question what we have accepted as true and consider a different perspective.

This is a personal process. You are not expected to share your reflections with the group.

Practical Information

Please bring your own journal and pen. If you don't have a journal yet, you'll find a beautiful selection in our SØSOUL shop.

Doors open 15 minutes before the ceremony begins, giving you time to arrive and settle in.
