Sometimes, healing means breaking something open before you can put it back together.
Life leaves its marks. Love, loss, disappointment, change, endings and experiences we thought we had moved on from. We continue with our lives, but that doesn’t always mean we have truly given everything a place.
The Heart Ritual by Bahar Shahi, used already by more than 50,000 people, turns that process into something you can actually see, feel and do.
You begin with a ceramic heart. Before anything happens, you take a moment to connect with it and with whatever you are carrying.
Then you break it.
A physical moment of release. A chance to stop, look at the pieces and acknowledge what has touched you, changed you or stayed with you.
Inspired by the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with gold, you slowly bring the heart back together using special golden glue. The cracks are not erased or hidden. They remain visible as part of the heart and its story.
Because healing isn’t about pretending something never happened. It is about deciding how you want to carry it forward.
At SØSOUL, we use The Heart Ritual within our healing programs and guided Heart Rituals because sometimes working with your hands can reach somewhere words alone cannot.
Do the ritual at home when you feel ready to release something, mark the end of a chapter or consciously step into a new one. It also makes a deeply meaningful gift for someone you love who is moving through change, heartbreak, loss or a new beginning.
Everything you need is already inside.
Your Heart Ritual comes beautifully packaged and complete with the ceramic heart, special golden glue and step by step instructions to guide you through the experience.
All you need to bring is time for yourself and a meaningful intention for your heart.
Available in Forest, Earth and Stone.
Break it. Feel it. Rebuild it. Make it yours.
