On 21 March, we gather at SØSOUL Inner Sanctuary in Amsterdam to honor the Spring Equinox (Ostara), the sacred moment when light and darkness meet in perfect balance.
The Equinox is one of the most powerful turning points of the year. It marks the end of winter’s inward journey and the beginning of a new cycle of growth, movement, and life. At this threshold, we are invited to pause, reflect, and consciously step into the new season.
During this ceremony, we will connect with the elements, the natural cycles of the Earth, and the deeper wisdom within ourselves. At the heart of the gathering we will sit together with a real fire ceremony, honoring fire as the element of transformation, clarity, and renewal.
Fire has always been a sacred force in ritual. It allows us to release what we no longer need to carry, and to bring forward new intentions with honesty and strength.
Together we will move through a ceremonial flow including:
• Ceremonial cacao to open the heart and support grounding
• A guided Akashic Records journey focused on healing, embodiment, and balance
• Gentle breathwork to support the nervous system and emotional release
• A real fire ritual to transform and release what is ready to be let go
• Sound healing with instruments including the sound bowl, drum, and other shamanic instruments to deepen the journey and support energetic integration
• Space for journaling and reflection to set intentions for the new season
• Oracle cards to receive guidance after the ritual
• Optional sharing within the circle
This ceremony holds a collective and sacred space, while remaining intimate enough for deep personal reflection and inner work.
